Filler can be used in the forehead can be used  to improve the look of deep static lines and balance the profile. A slight concave shape, due to protruding eyebrows or a prominent forehead, can be smoothed to give a gently curved shape which is more 'feminine' and aesthetically pleasing.

This treatment is often used in combination with temple filler , or as part of a full face rejuvenation.
