These refer to the lines that run from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth. These folds become more pronounced as we age, and softening them with filler can create a refreshed and youthful appearance. Filler treatment here is often combined with mid face filler, as filler placed in the mid face further softens the folds by lifting them.

To treat these, we often suggest midface/ cheek filler to help to ‘lift’ the area and give an anti-ageing effect to the face overall and then we can soften them further if necessary by adding filler into them directly.
