As part of the normal aging process, we develop a degree of hollowness in our temples. As this occurs the brow can start to drop and appear shorter and less shaped, as the tail of the brow gets lost in the hollow. 

Hollowed temples can give a tired and aged appearance to the face. Restoring volume here gives the face a smoother and more youthful shape. The well known heart shaped face in women is produced by fuller temples. This treatment is often performed as part of a full face rejuvenation, restoring volume that was naturally once there.
